Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to join O'Briens Kilkenny

As service advisor you will be the primary point of contact for our customer's service requirements from vehicle booking, while also dealing with the payments.

You will be liaising between the workshop staff and the customers daily.

Role Purpose:

• To deal with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard of customer service.
• To organize the loading of the workshop in an efficient manner to ensure efficient utilization of workshop capacity.
• To carry out customer follow up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the workshop and provide the sale of accessories and parts.

Key requirements for this role are:

• Customer service experience
• Good IT skills
• Full driving licence an advantage
• Highly organised
• Good communication skills
• Passion for cars
